Local Delivery and Pickup Policy

1. Carbon-Neutral Local Delivery: We offer carbon-neutral local delivery for orders in most areas.
2. Flat-Rate Delivery: A $25 flat-rate delivery fee applies to all delivery orders.
3. Delivery Time: We take pride in offering the best quality products. For regular orders, please allow for 2 to 4 business days for delivery. For made-to-measure orders, please allow for 1 to 2 weeks. This allows us to offer the highest quality products at the most competitive prices.
4. Order Confirmation: We will confirm your order and keep you updated via calls and emails. Your order status will be updated accordingly.
5. Custom and Import Duties: Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are included in the item price or delivery cost for Canadian customers. If shipping outside of Canada, these charges are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Local Pickup: We offer free local pickup for our customers. If you prefer to pick up your order, please select the local pickup option during checkout.
